Season 7, Episode 1: With You I'm Born Again

In "With You I'm Born Again", there has recently been a deadly rampage. The staff is traumatized by what has happened, and they try to pick up the pieces. They must find ways to deal with the trauma that has taken place, both physically and emotionally after the terrible rampage.
Season 7, Episode 2: Shock to the System

Meredith finally reveals to Derek that she had been pregnant and miscarried after the hospital shooting tragedy. Cristina begins to have post traumatic stress disorder as a result of the shooting incident, and is unable to perform surgery. Alex wants to keep a bullet in his chest, and Bailey refuses to let him operate until he removes it.
Season 7, Episode 3: Superfreak

Dr. Yang has major issues with post-traumatic stress following the disaster that ended season six, and gets support from Doctors Shepherd and Grey. Meanwhile, Dr. Shepherd is in his own trouble dealing with his visiting sister. Dr. Karev gets support with his fear of elevators from the chief himself.

A car crash leads to multiple trauma victims being brought to the hospital. Jackson tries to use his physical attributes to get him further, while Cristina is doubting herself more and more. Lexie blows up when she finds out Meredith and April are getting closer. The obstetrician gives Meredith and Derek some disturbing news.

The chief tells The Seattle Grace Staff that are going to get promoted for the day and become Attendings. Meredith and Avery have a female patient who needs brain surgery. Alex has a male patient who wants cosmetic surgery to remove his massive breasts. Teddy, Arizona and Callie mocking McSteamy for talking about his sex life,
Season 7, Episode 6: These Arms of Mine

Seattle Grace is dealing with the aftermath of the shooting at the hospital that took many lives. A film crew comes in to document how everyone is coping with the tragedy. After surviving the shooting, Mary returns for her routine surgery, but everything does not go as planned. Meredith helps Cristina cope with her feelings that have her scared to perform surgery.
Season 7, Episode 7: That's Me Trying

Cristina treats a patient who needs both lung and heart transplants. Owen conducts dummy, trauma training. Because Meredith is already trained in trauma training, Owen tells her she can leave to help with Cristina's patient. Lexie and McSteamy discuss a patient who will be getting a butt implant. A surprise going away party is given to Callie and Arizona.
Season 7, Episode 8: Something's Gotta Give

Everyone is angry with Cristina's decision to quit her job. Derek is especially angry with Cristina leaving, putting the blame on Teddy. April is excited when she and Karev are assigned to work together in pediatrics. Jackson is convinced that none of the doctors want to work with him. Alex finds out his brother is a schizophrenic.
Season 7, Episode 9: Slow Night, So Long

Derek receives the Alzheimer's grant he wanted. Lexie and Avery have to tend to two trauma patients, brothers who tried to outrun a train. April is assigned to two teenagers have Super Glued their arms together. Meredith has to deal with the difficult mother of a nine year old patient.
Season 7, Episode 10: Adrift and at Peace

Derek takes Cristina on a fishing trip. Mark and Callie come clean about their sexual encounter. Teddy helps out a patient who cannot pay his medical bills. Arizona returns, knocking on Callie's door. Callie slams the door on Arizona's face. Lexie and Mark go out for a drink. Meredith is angry at the way Owen treats Cristina in the OR.
Season 7, Episode 11: Disarm

The mental wounds caused by the shooter who terrorized the hospital are reopened when mass casualties are brought in after a gunman opens fire at a local college. As the other doctors work to save the victims, Teddy finds out she has to operate on the shooter. Meanwhile, Arizona returns to the hospital and Cristina enters the operating room for the first time in months.
Season 7, Episode 12: Start Me Up

Arizona consults Mark before trying to reconcile with Callie who also has big news to share with everyone. The residents get new interns while the Chief announces he is in search of a new Chief Resident.
